This notion is beautifully encapsulated in the concept of Shakti Leadership, a balance between the feminine and masculine energies that reside within us all, irrespective of gender. It’s about moving away from the traditional paradigms of leadership that often emphasize dominance and control, towards a more inclusive, creative and collaborative approach.
