Hello, I’m Amanda, your guide and ally on the path to leadership and self-empowerment. My professional journey as a Woman-Centered Leadership and Empowerment Coach is deeply rooted in my personal experiences of rediscovering my voice and vision after years of navigating through a challenging marriage and workplace. These experiences were the catalysts for my passion: to empower women to find their strength and assert their presence in both personal and professional realms.
My coaching is underpinned by my own characteristics of maximizing potential, taking responsibility for success, creatively arranging resources and strategies, a continuous thirst for learning, and the self-assurance to lead with conviction. These traits are not just my tools; they are the essence of my coaching philosophy. I believe every woman harbors these abilities, and it’s my role to bring them to the forefront.

Having stepped back into the professional world after a significant hiatus, I have firsthand experience in building a network and support system, particularly for women in transition. This experience, combined with over 20 years in the corporate sector and teaching graduate courses in Organization Development and Human Resource Development, forms the foundation of my expertise.
One of my most gratifying coaching experiences involved helping a client navigate a significant leadership role. Together, we crafted a personal leadership strategy, addressing organizational challenges and creating a space for her to grow and succeed.
