About Me
I’m Amanda Hahn, and I believe in the transformative power of coaching to unlock potential, foster connection, and inspire meaningful growth. My journey to becoming an executive coach is rooted in my own career and life transitions—moments that taught me the value of navigating change with intention and resilience. It was during my Master’s program in Organization Development Psychology that I discovered coaching, and it felt like coming home. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping leaders find their own “home” in their leadership style.
With over 25 years of corporate retail leadership experience, I’ve walked the path many of my clients are on. I understand the challenges of leading teams, managing change, and striving for excellence while staying true to your values. Today, I combine that real-world experience with deep academic knowledge and advanced coaching certifications, including Leadership Coaching, Positive Intelligence, DISC, and Woman-Centered Coaching. I am an ICF ACC credentialed coach and currently pursuing my PCC certification, and I teach in graduate programs and ICF-approved coaching programs, sharing my expertise with aspiring leaders and coaches.
At the heart of my approach is mindfulness. I support leaders in shifting into a coaching mindset—one grounded in active listening, powerful questions, and empowerment. This mindset not only transforms individual leadership but also cultivates thriving teams and organizations. My proudest moments come from seeing leaders I work with inspire their teams, navigate challenges with clarity, and create cultures where everyone feels empowered to contribute and grow.
When I’m not coaching, I’m building custom “Leader as Coach” programs for organizations, helping them create cultures of coaching that drive both individual and organizational growth. My ultimate vision? To see more leaders embrace a coaching approach that inspires collaboration, resilience, and innovation.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about photography and spending time outdoors, traveling, paddle boarding, golfing, and enjoying life with my pets, friends and family. These experiences remind me of the importance of balance, curiosity, and joy—values I strive to bring into my coaching practice and my clients’ lives.
Let’s work together to help you lead with purpose, clarity, and confidence.
